Rachel Luo brings 10 years of experience in agriculture,specializing in research, data analysis, and stakeholder consultation. In her previous consulting role, Rachel examined critical issues facing agricultural organizations across Canada, including many in the fruit and vegetable sector.
Rachel has extensive experience collaborating with government on policy consultations, stakeholder engagement, and market research. She also previously worked in the swine sector, focusing on data analysis and program management.
Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dalhousie University and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Guelph.
